Dinner Party Menu

In general appetizers will cost between $5 and $8 per person for one hour of pre dinner socializing. Butler style service for this is $16 hr.

$5 to $8 per person should also be sufficient to cover a nice assortment of foods such as a cheese and hors d'oeuvres spread set upon a table where guests can serve themselves.

For hors d'oeuvres choices, please refer to my
Cocktails Menu . Prices aren't included on that list, but unless you order all caviar, and shrimp, you should be able to stay in the $5-$8 range.

Following is a list of appetizers suitable for sit-down fare, as well as the rest of my dinner-party menu. When viewing remember:

* Prices are per person.
* Select up to two of each course (except salads), as not everyone will eat everything.
* Everything is priced a la carte.
* If you'd prefer you may find less than five courses sufficient for your needs.                                                                          * All service is extra! Approximately $125 up to 10 people, $220 for 11-20, $310 for 30 or more, etc.
