Minimum order of 6 lunches. 48 hrs. notice on 36 or less, 3 days notice on larger orders. Delivery included in price to all areas in Norfolk, Va. Beach, and Chesapeake. If ordering 6 lunches they must all be the same. Up to 12 choose up to 2 kinds, 18, 3 kinds and so on. All orders include necessary condiments i.e. salt & pepper, mayo, mustard, salsa, napkins, utensils needed, etc.

1/2 ham and Swiss on rye + a turkey, provolone, and lettuce sandwich on a fresh made mini roll, bag of chips, grapes, cookies, and 1 chocolate and 2 hard candy.

Southwestern Turkey Wraps..........$6.50
Sliced smoked turkey, olives, green chilies, cream cheese, pimentos, and southwestern spices rolled up in a flour tortilla with a side of garden fresh bean salad and chips. Includes grapes, cookies and candies.
For the hungry appetite add an extra wrap for an additional $1.75

Roast Beef Lovers..........$6.95
1 large roast beef and muenster cheese sandwich (4 oz total meat & cheese!) on whole grain bread with green leaf lettuce, chips, grapes, cookies, 1 chocolate candy and 2 hard candy

NY Deli Sandwich..........$6.95
Corn beef and thin sliced havarti cheese w/ green leaf lettuce and a horseradish/cream sauce on whole grain bread. With chips, grapes, cookies and candies.

1 mini turkey/provolone sandwich on fresh baked mini roll, shrimp cocktail, 3 horseradish ham wheels, marinated mozzarella cubes, cheese spread and crackers, Mediterranean olives and spiced pecans. With grapes, cookies and candies.

Seafood Lovers..........$6.50
One shrimp salad sandwich on a medium size soft roll with a side of homemade seafood salad, a bag of chips, grapes, cookies, 1 chocolate and 2 hard candies.

Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad..........$6.25
Chicken, pasta twists, and romaine lettuce served with a freshly made Caesar dressing (served on the side). Just pour on dressing, toss to coat and enjoy! With cookies, grapes, candies.

Grilled Chicken Salad...........$6.50
Tender strips of marinated, grilled chicken strips atop a bed of iceberg lettuce with carrot strips, cucumber and tomato's. Topped with grated cheddar cheese. With a cranberry-orange vinaigrette.

Simply Pasta Salad..........$5.75
Summer fresh salad of roasted red peppers, green onions, cucumber, parsley and chopped black olives tossed with a light vinaigrette. With grapes, cookies, candies.

Garden Salad..........$4.75
Tossed salad with red onion slices, croutons, feta cheese and whatever garden fresh veggies are available (tomato, cucumber, cauliflower, broccoli, zucchini, etc.). With croutons and choice of Italian or ranch dressing. Grapes, cookies and candies.

Chefs Salad..........$5.95
Strips of fresh deli meats and cheeses over garden salad with hard cooked egg, and available fresh veggies (see above). With grapes, cookies and candies.

Spinach Salad..........$5.25
Spinach with red onion slices, chopped walnuts, mandarin orange slices, and feta cheese with a homemade orange-poppy seed vinaigrette. With grapes, cookies and candies. Add hard-boiled egg pieces $5.25

12 ea. of mini shrimp sandwiches on pumpernickel, homemade turkey salad on mini croissants, and corned beef and havarti triangles on whole grain bread w/ a horseradish cream sauce (may also substitute southwestern turkey wraps for any of these)

Hot lunches also available!
One I do quite often is lasagna, tossed salad with cucumber and tomato with 2 dressings, garlic bread and 2 dz homemade cookies. To serve 8-10 people is approximately $52+ tax. Add cold sodas and this comes to about $7 per person for a hot, home-cooked, delivered to your door lunch!! Complete with plates, napkins, serving and eating utensils (For other choices please see my personal chef menu. Most of these items can be adjusted for large group service)

Bean Salad or Pasta Salad..........$1.50 ea.
Macaroni Salad...........$1.25

Substitutions:
A side of macaroni salad may be substituted for the chips for an additional cost of .25¢ per lunch

You may substitute either a banana or an apple for the grapes for an additional charge of .25¢ per lunch. These fruits are generally too large to fit in the lunch boxes so they will come bagged on the side.

Homemade Lemon Squares or Brownies may be substituted for the cookies at no additional charge.

Mini fruit tartlets may be substituted for cookies.

Whole cheesecakes available for $20.95 (serves 16 includes plates/forks)

IMPORTANT!!: All actual substitutions within a 6 lunch set must be uniform. For example, if your company wants 6 sandwich samplers with macaroni salad and brownie substitutions, they must all be the same.
